As part of our investigation into the Shekinah Ministries, Inc. fraud in the United States, we contact the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office and then the Ohio Attorney General’s office. What we discovered is that the state of Ohio has specific legal requirements in order to operate a charity of any kind in their state.
Shekinah Ministries, Inc. has never been even registered in the state of Ohio, has never applied for approval to operate legally in that state, has never filed the legal tax returns in the state of Ohio, and is basically nothing more than a false name being used fraudulently by Michael Howard and administered by Pastor Dutch Vandervlucht of New Life Assembly of God in Findlay, Ohio
